What is Stanford Dance Marathon?

Stanford Dance Marathon is one of the largest and most well-established student-run philanthropies in the nation. Stanford DM is also the the largest student-run philanthropic event in the Bay Area. Every year in February, more than 2,000 students dance for 24 consecutive hours to raise money for a charitable health-focused organization.

Since its founding in 2005 Stanford Dance Marathon has raised over $1 million for 5 charitable organizations.
